6 Beautiful Ways to Decorate with Plants
Hey ya’ll! I am so excited to start doing more blog posts and plan to be posting a new one every week. Lately I have been all about plants! They are one of the simplest ways to beautify any room or outdoor space. I wanted to write this to give you some ideas of how to incorporate them into your home.
1: Assorted Pots
I love using a variety of different pots from the same color scheme to really brighten up a room. White is a great color to use because it is so easy to match with other room decor.
2: Geometric Pots
These tiny geometric pots are super cute and would be a great addition to any book shelf, dining table or bed side table.
3: Hanging Plants
Using hanging plants is a great way to add a new layer of decor to any interior. I am a big fan of these simple macramé plant hangers from Etsy!
4: DIY pots
The next time you are looking for something to do on a rainy day, I highly recommend picking up a paint brush and making a cute pot for your plant. It can be as simple as painting it a solid color or choosing to use a design.
5: Use Leaves
Who said you have to use an entire plant? If you are looking to add a little green to your space but don’t want to be responsible for remembering to water your plants, try adding a few fake leaves to any simple pot or mason jar! It gives the room a modern and refreshing feel.
6: Gentle Giants
This is one of my favorite options, it is so easy to use a large plant in any room! I think they look great next to chunky furniture such as your sofa or a comfy reading chair.
